As a solo-run small business, every piece of jewellery is lovingly handcrafted-to-order and ready to ship within 4 weeks. Supporting small businesses means choosing quality, care, and individuality over mass production. Thank you for your patience and for supporting handmade.

Jewellery Care

To take care of your pieces, avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes and lotions, as they can tarnish the surface. A soft polish and mindful storage will help preserve them. They will also benefit from an occasional gentle scrub in warm water with mild soap.

Each piece is made from solid, unplated metal — chosen for its strength, honesty, and the way it grows more beautiful with time. Don’t be afraid of the signs of wear it may gather — it’s made to be worn and loved.

Shipping

All items are shipped fully insured via express services through DHL Express and will require a signature on delivery.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for eligible items, meaning unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with packaging, as long as it’s within 10 days of receiving the item, to request a return authorisation. The customer will need to provide the reason for returning the item. All shipping and customs duties incurred on deliveries in New Zealand will be the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, a 10% return fee will be incurred on the refund invoice.
